    DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT


    Actiserve Corp. recognizes its responsibilities under Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the personal data it collects and records. Personal data obtained through the recruitment and selection process and stored within the organization’s authorized information and communications systems will be accessed only by duly authorized personnel of Actiserve Corp.

    (Kinikilala ng Actiserve Corp. ang mga tungkulin nito sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 10173 o mas kilala bilang Data Privacy Act of 2012, kaugnay ng pangangalap at pagtatala ng personal na impormasyon. Ang mga personal na datos na makukuha mula sa proseso ng aplikasyon at recruitment ay itatago sa opisyal na information systems ng kumpanya at tanging mga awtorisadong tauhan lamang ang may akses dito.)


    Actiserve Corp. has implemented appropriate organizational, technical, and physical security measures to ensure the protection of personal data submitted by applicants. The information collected will be used solely for processing documents related to the recruitment, evaluation, and possible employment of the applicant.

    Actiserve Corp. shall not disclose any personal information without prior consent, and all data shall be securely stored and retained only as long as necessary for its intended purpose.
