CANCELLATION POLICY:

At k.tipped, your time is valued — and I kindly ask that you value mine too.

24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% service fee.

No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full service fee and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward the total cost of your service.
