Option 1: DIY Hire
Customer is responsible for picking up the product from our location the day before the event between agreed-upon times.
Customer is responsible for returning the product to our location the day after the event between agreed-upon times. Please note that this hire period is considered a 1-day hire, and returning the product outside of the agreed-upon times may incur additional charges.
A small refundable deposit will be added to the hire fee, which will be refunded in full if the product is returned on time and in good condition.
If the product is returned late or damaged, the deposit will be non-refundable.
Option 2: Hire and Delivery
Same terms as Option 1, with the addition of delivery to the customer's selected destination (must be within the highlighted delivery areas displayed on the provided map in images an extra surcharge for areas outside of this. Please make contact before purchase if this is something you require.
Customer is still responsible for returning the product to our location the day after the event between agreed-upon times (1-day hire)
Delivery address and time must be within the designated drop-off parameters on Map provided or if outside the area this must be confirmed prior to the event.
Option 3: Hire, Delivery, Set Up, and Pack Down
Same terms as Option 1, with the addition of delivery, set up, and pack down services.
Our team will deliver, set up, and pack down the product at the agreed-upon times.
Customer is responsible for ensuring the event venue is accessible and safe for our team to set up and pack down the product.
