Poripori Farm A Trust kaumãtua grants are available only to beneficial owners as per the latest list of owners from the Mãori Land Court. Applicants must be 60 years or older.

First-time applicants must attach identification that clearly states your date of birth (i.e. Drivers Licence, Birth Certificate, Passport) and bank verification of your bank account details.

If you are a beneficiary of a Whãnau Trust i.e. you are not listed on the Shareholder List, please complete the bottom section of this form. Whãnau Trust Beneficiaries must be endorsed by a responsible trustee of the Whãnau Trust the applicant is a beneficiary of.

You MUST complete a new application form every year, even if you have previously received a kaumãtua grant.
