This is an agreement between Larry vs Harry ApS and you that covers your use of the Larry vs Harry Bike Builder that has been configured for your dealership.
By “you,” we mean your Larry vs Harry dealership. By “we,” we mean Larry vs Harry Aps (which might be obvious, but our lawyer always makes us say it).
Here is generally how the Tablet/Webpage version of the Bike Builder works: As an official Larry vs Harry dealer, you will receive a personalized website link that will lead you to your dealership’s version of the Bike Builder application that we feature on our website at https://larryvsharry.com/pages/bike-builder-overview.
You can use that personalized website link on a tablet computer, which is very handy because you can carry the tablet around with you and hold it while you and your customer look through the different Bullitt bikes and accessories we offer. But you can also access it on a regular laptop or other type of computer.
You will also be able to incorporate our website Bike Builder into what is called an “iframe” that you can use as part of your dealership’s website. This will allow customers visiting your website to configure their Bullitts in your website using the Larry vs Harry Bike Builder instead of having to visit the Larry vs Harry website to do so.
When you access your dealership’s personalized Bike Builder, it should show your dealership name in the bottom left-hand corner. This should also be true for the iframe version. Double check that, and let your Larry vs Harry key account manager know if it doesn’t display your dealership name, or if it does not display the version of your name that you want to use.
With your dealership’s personalized Bike Builder, when you and your customer finish configuring their Bullitt, you can click the “Send request” button and a configuration link with the customer’s name and contact information will be sent to your dealership’s email address so you can easily access it later. You can also click the “Save request” symbol (next to the “Send request” button). When you do that, the configuration link can be sent to the customer’s email so they can review it later.
The iframe version works in a similar way - customers can send you the configuration and can also send themselves a link that will take them to the Bike Builder on Larry vs Harry's website. if they want to review or modify their configuration later.
Of course, with all of this great power comes great responsibility. That’s what this agreement is for.
In return for Larry vs Harry providing you with access to this personalized Bike Builder, you agree to the following:
- You will only use the Bike Builder in connection with your authorized Larry vs Harry dealership.
- You will only use the iframe version of the Bike Builder in connection with your dealership website.
- You will not share access to your Bike Builder with any other dealer or any person who is not employed by your dealership.
- You will not attempt to make any changes to the information displayed by your Bike Builder.
- You understand that the prices displayed on the Bike Builder are Larry vs Harry recommended retail prices that you may use with your customer, but that are not required to charge your customer those recommended retail prices.
- The recommended retail prices displayed on the Bike Builder do not include any local delivery or setup prices that you may decide to charge, so it is important that your customer knows that if you add those or other types of charges.
- No, we cannot change those recommended retail prices for you. We also can’t insert your pricing into the Bike Builder, or any additional costs you may add such as for assembly or delivery.
- You acknowledge that Larry vs Harry is the owner of its trademarks, including LARRY VS HARRY and BULLITT, that are displayed on the Bike Builder from time to time and that your use of these trademarks is governed by your dealership agreement with Larry vs Harry.
- Larry vs Harry can and will make changes to the Bike Builder and information contained in the Bike Builder.
- If you are no longer a Larry vs Harry dealer you will no longer have access to the Bike Builder.
To confirm your agreement with these terms please sign and click Send. Once we have received it, we will give you your unique URL that you can use on your dealership’s tablet or laptop to help customers decide what Bullitt to buy and how to configure it.
