Winter Wild Quest Camp
  • Winter Wild Quest Camp

    by Instinct Memory
  • This Winter , brave young adventurers are called into a living myth—a three-night camp where they become heroes in a quest to reclaim the legendary Wolf Bundle, stolen by the blind Fire Elf wizard.

Armed with magical weapons and guided by a series of challenges, they’ll navigate treacherous terrain, battle fierce orcs and rangers, and outwit powerful wizards.

Along the way, they’ll learn essential skills like crafting weapons, fishing, and fire-starting, while making new friends and uncovering ancient secrets.

With each success, they gain healing powers and grow stronger for the final showdown to restore balance to their village.

Parents step into the story too—crafting a fantasy woodland village and learning bush skills alongside their kids, becoming allies in the adventure.

This is more than a camp. It’s a winter tale come to life—rich with wildness, wonder, and deep connection to the land and each other.

Wild Quest camp is an unforgettable experience where families camp together in the stunning wilderness on the NSW South Coast, for 4 days and 3 nights. This retreat offers a rare opportunity to reconnect with nature and with one another, while immersing yourself into a real life fantasy adventure
A wild beautiful land populated with orks , elves , trolls and forest friends

On Saturday ,Sunday and Monday the kids break away from their parents/guardians and join Sam and trained mentors for their Wild Quest adventure. This is not just a camp—it's a transformative experience where your children will develop practical bushcraft skills, such as shelter-building, fire-starting, and navigation, all while learning to feel truly at home in the wild. But beyond these skills, they'll cultivate valuable life skills that will serve them well in any situation—things like curiosity, communication, creative problem-solving, teamwork, resilience, and leadership. These essential qualities will be nurtured through fun, hands-on activities in a safe, supportive environment guided by experienced mentors.

While the kids are off on their adventure, adults can enjoy some organised activities or free time for self guided activities including bush walks and river exploration. It's an opportunity to find your own space in nature and engage in practices that restore balance and well-being.

In the afternoons, families have time for free play, relaxation, and exploration at their own pace. As evening falls, everyone comes together as a community. Around the fire, we’ll share a delicious communal meal, tell stories, and sing soul-nourishing songs, strengthening the bond between families and creating lasting memories.
