All Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once you submit this form, our team will contact you via email during office hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Your booking will only be secured upon full payment made by the given deadline. If payment is not received on time, the reservation will be automatically released.

Please note: If you do not respond to our confirmation email within 7 days, your registration will be considered cancelled and your slot may be offered to other participants.

Appointment Booking:

All appointments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Each booking slot is 2 hours, with a minimum of 30 pax required.

📝 Booking Policy

• Combining multiple party packages within a single slot is not applicable.
• Appointments can be booked up to 6 months in advance.
• A 1-week blackout period applies prior to your desired booking date.
• All bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.
• Requests to reschedule must be submitted via your registered email at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

• Extra Booster Pack extends your arcade buffet, claw machines, and party room access.
• All participants must match the total number of guests in your main party package.
• Only one duration is allowed per party, and different options cannot be combined.

How To Place An Order?

Step 1: Select your desired add-ons.
Step 2: Payemnts instrcutions will be sent to your registered email.
Step 3: Upon payment confirmation, CPCM will coordinate directly with our partners to process your order.

 

Important Notice:

• Add-ons are available only for guests with confirmed CPCM birthday party bookings.
• Orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance with full payment required.
• Party platter/Bundles and add-ons are not eligible for promotions or discounts.
• Orders without payment within the stated timeframe will be automatically forfeited.
• Any food allergies or dietary requirements must be informed to CPCM in advance. CPCM and our partners will not be held responsible for allergies not disclosed prior to order processing.
