    Please prepare the following documents to complete your enrollment for the Local or Dual Accreditation Program:
    • Diploma or Transcript of Records of Parent/Tutor (for New Students)
    • Good Moral Certificate (for New Students)

    Note that enrollment will not be deemed complete without the aforementioned documents.
