I partner with Katebackdrop, an international backdrop company, to test and showcase their new designs. This means I’m required to provide Katebackdrop with finished images and behind-the-scenes video of the backdrops in use. To make this happen, I offer Model Call Sessions at 50% off. In exchange, you’ll be photographed with a brand-new backdrop under my creative direction, and you’ll be required to sign a model release allowing me (and Katebackdrop) to use the images and BTS content for marketing purposes.

A Model Call is perfect if you want the experience of a professional photoshoot at half the price and don’t mind giving up some creative control. A Regular Session is for when you want the shoot fully tailored to you with the option of privacy.

Image Selection: For model calls, image and video selection is at Leona’s discretion. Unlike regular sessions, model call clients do not choose which images are included. There is also no option to purchase additional images, so please select your package with this in mind.

Copyright License: Delivered images are high-resolution digital files. You receive personal-use rights to print and share your final delivered images. Editing, altering, or applying filters to any image is not permitted by anyone other than Leona. Completed images are not watermarked; in exchange, clients agree to tag / credit Vertigo Productions when posting images on social media.

Model Release: Leona may use the images you choose to receive with your package for promotional and commercial purposes, including international marketing for Kate Backdrops and other affiliated brands, with no time limit.

Dress Code: No lewd or nude costumes as these images are for branding purposes. You may provide your own wardrobe or discuss client closet options with Leona.

Hair, Nails & Makeup: This model call is for an international backdrop campaign. Hair, nails, and makeup must be clean, styled, and camera-ready. Professional services are not required but your look must be polished.

Posing: Leona will guide you with posing, movement, and expression throughout your session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: All sign-ups are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. This is an urgent project that requires timely completion; cancellations waste studio time and delay the project, costing time and money.

What to Bring: If desired, you may bring your own drinks and snacks.

Scent-Free Zone: Please do not wear body spray, cologne, or perfume on the day of your session, especially if you plan to use gowns from the client closet.

Behind-the-Scenes: No photos or videos may be taken in the studio during your session.

Image Storage: Vertigo Productions Photography does not guarantee permanent storage of your images. Please download and back up your final gallery promptly once delivered.
