Scope of Work: CONNSTEP is seeking proposals from qualified web design and development agencies to refresh our current website connstep.org. Our goal is to update our site's visual design, improve the user experience, and enhance its functionality to better align with our brand identity and business objectives.
The primary goals for this website refresh are:
Improve Aesthetics: Create a modern, clean, and professional visual design that reflects our brand.
Enhance User Experience: Streamline navigation and improve usability to make it easier for visitors to find information.
Increase Conversion: Drive more [leads, sales, sign-ups] through a more effective user journey and clearer calls to action.
Improve Performance: Optimize the site for speed, mobile responsiveness, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Enable Scalability: Allows our team to easily manage and update content in the future.
Qualification Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise in professional web design and development.
Proficiency with scalable Content Management Systems (CMS)
Experience with mobile-first and responsive design
Ability to provide a comprehensive project plan
Familiar with manufacturing in Connecticut.
Experience with nonprofit organizations
Must be able to provide and have experience with all services described in this document.
Initial terms of this agreement: October 4, 2025 through November 30, 2025.
Progress of the assignment will be evaluated and the agreement may be renewed for an additional period at CONNSTEP’s discretion.
