To participate and exhibit your works, you can choose from the following packages :

- Are you a member? You can participate with 2 works, maximum size 60x60 cm, included in your membership, 1 seasonal exhibition/ year

-Flexible space:

The size shouldn't exceed 100 cm in width for paintings and artworks, and submit a collection of up to 5 works. 2-3 works, depending on the size of the work, will be installed, and the rest will be in storage, ready to be showcased upon client request. or a Table space or shelving solution for Sculptures and handcrafts.

- Fixed space:

You can use the wall or floor space you choose to fit and present your works. We will send a floor plan with wall sizes and availability.

 - The number of works shouldn´t exceed your space, whether a shelving display or a table, as you desire through our online platform, reaching a vast audience beyond the physical exhibition space.

Participation Fees:

Are you a member? You can participate with 2 pieces (Maximum size 60x60 cm) included in your membership

For extra space :

- €225/ Flexible space   Or  250€/ running meter for the Fixed space

- You can share your space with another artist after approval.

Please note this exhibition is only for members: Artist´s club – Galleri SoHo

 By filling in this form, you are confirming your participation in the Galleri SoHo Summer salon.

The works must arrive ready to be exhibited.

The artist is responsible for the transportation of the artworks.

Please don´t send your works until you sign the exhibition agreement and provide an inventory list.

• Customer Service: We handle inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.

• Vernissage: Celebrate the exhibition opening with fellow artists and art lovers.

• Expanded Reach:  extend your audience via our online platform.

• Shipping Support: Assistance with shipping arrangements if needed

• Terms and Conditions

  • Exhibitors are fully responsible for all transportation and shipping costs to and from the exhibition venue. This includes delivery, return shipping, customs, and any related fees.

  • All exhibited works must be ready for client purchase. This means:
  – Finished, professional-quality works
  – Properly framed, mounted, or displayed as required
  – Clearly priced and available for immediate sale
  – Suitable for direct handover or safe shipping to buyers after purchase

  • Galleri SoHo will assist with installation, basic handling during setup, and packaging of unsold works for return. Return shipping costs remain the exhibitor’s responsibility.

  • Artists may share exhibition space only with prior approval from Galleri SoHo.

  • Participation is limited to Galleri SoHo members.

  • After completing the application form and signing the exhibition agreement, participation is confirmed.

  • A 10% commission applies to online sales.
  Sales are processed directly through the artist’s vendor account, and all participating works must be uploaded there in advance.

  • A 25% commission applies to in-store sales.
  Payouts will be transferred to the exhibitor’s bank account according to the payment details provided in the signed agreement.
