Agreement: Client agrees to the following: 1. 60 days of coaching (90-day max) 2. Goal identified. 3. Tardy three times ends coaching unless unforeseen emergency. 4. No show three times end of coaching agreement. 5. Failure to complete assignments, without prior communication, three times, will result in termination of coaching agreement 6. Either party can end coaching agreement, without cause, at any time. Must have camera turned on during sessions.
