Eudēmonia Summit Call for Musicians

CALL FOR MUSICIANS

Eudēmonia Summit is seeking instrumental musicians (solo, duo, or trio) to perform during our November 13–16, 2025 event at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach. We are curating artists who can create lush, beautiful ambient backgrounds, particularly those using interesting or unusual instruments.

We especially welcome harpists, lyre players, guitarists, and string sections. Vocal accompaniment is welcome, but performances should be primarily instrumental. Please note that we are not seeking traditional classical performances. Instead, we encourage artists who use modern techniques such as effects, looping, and layering to create unique soundscapes.

Selected musicians will perform up to three 60-minute sets per day in various locations at the Palm Beach County Convention Center and Hilton West Palm. We expect approximately 4,000 attendees.

Day rates range from $200 - $750 per day, plus a complimentary badge ($1,200) to the event.

Applications are due by Friday, October 17. Selected performers will be notified by Friday, October 24.

I understand this call is focused predominantly on instrumental musicians (solo, duo, or trio), performing in ambient/atmospheric styles.I understand that I will be asked to perform at various locations, which include small stages, event functions, lunches, receptions and social gatherings. Some locations are a traditional "concert" and others are a background performance. Many will have some background noise.I acknowledge that submission does not guarantee selection, and final programming is at the discretion of Eudēmonia.
