The Community Sponsorship Hub has launched a new program aiming to increase participation of students of refugee background residing in the United States in higher education. Too often, structural barriers and a lack of resources, information, and targeted support prevent qualified and ambitious students of refugee background from pursuing an undergraduate degree at a U.S. university or college.
By supporting students from academic application to admission and enrollment and providing ongoing mentorship support to students and capacity building for participating campuses, the program empowers refugee-background students across the U.S. to earn degrees and thrive on campus and in their communities. For more information, please see the program website and FAQs.
By submitting this form, your institution expresses your intent in participating in the Higher Education Access Program for Students of Refugee Background. Please note that submitting this Expression of Intent does not constitute a binding commitment to participate. Please send any questions to campus@communitysponsorshiphub.org.
