Booking & Payment Policy:
- For small orders and small events, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book. The remaining balance is due before flowers are ordered.
- For weddings and larger events, a 25% non-refundable retainer secures your date. 50% of the total is due 90 days before your event, and the final balance is due 30 days before your event.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
- Retainers and deposits are non-refundable.
- If an event is canceled after flowers have been ordered, the client is responsible for those costs.
- If your plans change, I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date if my schedule allows. Your deposit or retainer can be transferred to a new date.
