Cade Museum Camp Scholarship Request

This form is intended to be completed by the parent/guardian of the student applying for the scholarship. If you have questions or need assistance with this application, please call 352-371-8001 x1112.
The Cade Museum strives to never turn away a student because of financial need. Cade Museum scholarships will cover 50%-100% of the camp registration fee. Please complete one scholarship application per student, to be submitted by 11:59pm on October 23, 2025. Scholarships are awarded by lottery selection after the application window has ended. Incomplete applications will not be considered for the lottery selection.

The Cade Museum will notify selected applicants of their award by October 28, 2025. This notification email will provide further instructions for enrollment. Scholarships must be accepted by November 3, 2025, or the spot will be forfeited.

Unselected applications will be randomly assigned a position on the scholarship waitlist to be considered if space becomes available.

Scholarship Award Agreement
If awarded this scholarship, we ask that you commit to your child being on time and attending the full duration of the program. If for any reason your child cannot attend all or part of the program, please notify Cade Museum staff. Failure to attend or missing a significant portion of the program without prior notice may prohibit a student from receiving a scholarship again in the future. By submitting this scholarship request, you grant permission for the Cade Museum to contact you and solicit feedback about your experience with the program.*
