Participants are strongly advised to seek medical approval before entering this tournament. Qatar Tennis Federation, cannot be held responsible for any injuries, or death sustained as a result of participating in this event. To the best of my knowledge I am in good physical condition to participate in this event. I waive any liability the QTF may have arising out of my participation in this tournament.

1. All matches will be played at Khalifa International Tennis & Squash Complex.
2. Seeding will be based on a player’s QTF ranking and technical committeee's evaluation. The decision of the committee Is final.
3. Play Format:
   
   • 14&U, 18&U matches will be played to best of 3 tie breaks.
4. ITF code of conduct will be applied
5. Changing of partners in Doubles is not allowed once the draw is made.
6. All players must sign-in with the officiating coordinator or the refree at the time of scheduled match.
7. Entry forms without QTF Player ID will not be accepted
8. Entry fees are to be paid on site prior to the player’s first match in the tournament to be allowed to participate in the tournament.

10. Each player is allowed to enter in only 1 Single event only.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

The awarding ceremony will follow right after the Final match at Khalifa International Tennis & Squash Complex.
Last date of entry is on 2nd October 2025 at 12 noon.
Draw date and Order of Play on 5th October 2025 in Qatar Tennis Federation website www.qatartennis.org
Matches will start on 6th of October 2025.
