We represent the UK's ELT sector nationally and internationally, promoting the highest quality in teaching and student services.

In return, you’ll get to work flexibly, dealing with varied tasks, working with great customers and seeing our services in action onsite with our customers.
We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work for a values lead business. When you need a day off, you’ll get the full-time equivalent of 33 days’ annual leave per year (including bank holidays).
All of our team are required to work remotely with their place of work based at their home address, but there is a requirement for regular travel to the London area.
The role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive operations coordinator to join our friendly, hardworking team to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, thrives on solving problems, and wants to make a difference by supporting colleagues to do their best work. You’ll be the person who helps everything tick along nicely, from keeping our admin in good shape, supporting meetings and events, to making sure data is accurate and up to date.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing day-to-day admin and operational support across projects, training sessions, and external events
- Coordinating meetings, liaising with suppliers, and managing shared inboxes
- Supporting our annual and quarterly student data statistics schemes, helping track, process, and maintain accurate records
- Helping with our student data reporting – monitoring submissions and making sure everything’s accurate and up to date
- Keeping our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and SharePoint folders organised, up to date and consistent
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve our workflows and processes
- Being a friendly, professional point of contact across the organisation with colleagues, members, partners and suppliers
Please review the job description for further information on the role.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who’s naturally organised, detail-focused and enjoys being the go-to person for getting things done. You’ve had experience in a coordination or admin role before and now you’re looking for something where you can take more ownership, work across different teams and help shape how things run.
You’re someone who takes initiative, spots what needs doing and follows things through. You’re confident managing your own workload but also enjoy working closely with others, whether that’s supporting colleagues, chasing up information or representing the organisation with external stakeholders.
You’re comfortable using digital systems like Microsoft Office and shared online folders, and ideally, you’ve worked with project tools like Trello or Asana, or systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint. If you’ve got an interest in improving processes or using simple tech-based solutions to make admin quicker and smoother, that’s a big plus.
Above all, you bring a can-do attitude, friendly communication style and a willingness to jump in and help wherever it’s needed. If that sounds like you, we’d love to have you on the team.
What excites you
Making things run smoothly: Whether it’s coordinating meetings, managing events or supporting projects, you take pride in the details and love keeping everything organised and on track.
Solving problems: You spot inefficiencies or gaps in admin processes and enjoy finding simple, effective ways to make things better for everyone.
Variety in your day: From liaising with suppliers to updating CRM records or supporting data submissions, you thrive when no two days are exactly the same.
Being a team player: You enjoy working across different teams, building good relationships, and jumping in to support others when it’s needed.
Getting things done: You’re proactive, reliable and confident following things through. Whether that’s chasing up a task, asking the right question, or making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Flexibility and balance: We know the importance of a healthy work-life balance. That’s why we support hybrid working and offer the flexibility to manage your time in a way that suits you.
What we offer
Competitive salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per year pro rata.
Hybrid working: work from home and come into our London Bridge office. We believe in flexibility, and we support our team in finding a balance that works for them.
Generous annual leave: you’ll get 33 days of annual leave (pro rata for part time), including bank holidays.
Pension scheme: we contribute 10% of your salary to your pension, with a 5% employee contribution.
Private health insurance: join our health insurance scheme after six months of service.
Life assurance and income protection: we provide life assurance at three times your basic salary, and income protection in case of long-term illness.
Professional development: We’re committed to your growth. You’ll have access to training opportunities.
