All vouchers are redeemable for tickets upon purchase and will be processed on or after your desired show’s public on-sale date, on a first-come, first served basis. Tickets are limited per performance and subject to availability. Exact seating location at discretion of Broadway In Chicago. To help ensure best availability, voucher should be redeemed at LEAST one week prior to your desired performance date. Voucher must be redeemed no later than 24 hours prior to your desired performance. Ticket availability for any performance cannot be guaranteed. Vouchers are not valid for redemption on any other Broadway In Chicago presentations, with other offers or on previously purchased tickets. This offer is not available to be redeemed for Groups of 10 or more. No more than four (4) vouchers can be redeemed for the same show by an individual customer. Multiple voucher redemptions cannot be guaranteed adjacent seating. Upon redemption of voucher, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The duplication or resale of vouchers is prohibited.
