GENERAL RELEASE
In consideration for me and/or my child’s participation as a Participant in this Event, for myself and on behalf of my assigns, I do hereby assume all risk of personal or bodily injury, property damage, and any and all loses of any kind from whatever causes, while I am participating in the event. I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the Orange County Government, City of Orlando, Osceola County Government, City of Kissimmee, CAAIRE, and their respective employees, affiliate organizations, representatives and volunteers, including owners of facilities utilized (hereinafter referred to as “RELEASEES”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by myself or my child, or to any property belonging to me, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or otherwise, while participating in this Event or while in, on or upon the premises.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
I authorize CAAIRE, in partnership with their affiliates/community partners to record and/or photograph myself and my child’s image and/or voice for use in research, educational and promotional programs. I also recognize that these audio, video and image recordings are the property of the CAAIRE in partnership with their affiliates and no compensation is due.
