Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms
- PAYO (Pay As You Order)is strictly implemented to avoid bogus buyers and ensure a smooth transaction.
- Orders will only be processed after full payment has been made and varified.
- Buyer must upload the payment receipt/screenshot in the order form.
- The reference number of the payment must also be included for faster verification.
- Orders without proof of payment and reference number will not proceed to production.
Production Time
- Production will take 2-3 weeks after payment is confirmed.
- Weekends, holidays, and courier shipping time are not included in the production timeline.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders will be shipped via JnT Express
- Shipping time varies depending on location and is not included in the production time.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
- We are not liable for courier delays, loss, or damage after shipping.
Order Accuracy
- Please double-check all information (name, shipping address, and contact number) before submitting your order form.
- We will strictly follow the details you provided. Any mistakes due to incorrect information are customer's responsibility.
Cancellation & Changes
- No cancellations or refunds are allowed once production has started.

Returns & Replacements
- Returns/replacements are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect or production error.
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include clear video as proof.
- Replacement may take an additional 2-3 weeks to process.
