  • Dear Client,

Welcome to the coaching relationship! I am excited to be working with you in this process.

I imagine you want to know a bit about me. In 2006, I started my own recovery with an eating disorder which revealed the deeper pain suppressed in me. As I brought my story into the light with guidance, I began to find freedom from unhealthy behaviors. Years later, my husband, Anthony, and I started our betrayal recovery journey in 2015. We were blessed to be referred to Faithful & True. This is where we reclaimed and rebuilt our marriage alongside local counselors to help us grow individually and as a couple. We also joined Faithful and True groups to enhance our community with expert facilitation. I learned transforming truths and powerful tools that change the way I live. In time, I started leading groups for women to have a safe place to process life issues. My husband, Anthony, and I work with Couples through the betrayal process and I work with women individually on Zoom.

So, what is a life coach?  According to the International Coaching Federation, coaching…’uses a thought-provoking and creative process to inspire people to maximize their personal potential.’ It is all about getting you where you want to be through personal exploration, goal setting, and the development of action steps.

I can tell you from experience that people have the best results when they are honest with themselves throughout the coaching process. I will listen well, be authentic, and supportive. Our conversations are confidential.
