Scholarship Criteria

1. A minimum of one unrestricted funds scholarship will be awarded in the amount of $2,500.

2. Applicants must be a student currently enrolled to attend a technical college, community college, university or applicable program of higher education within the United States.

3. Applicants must be active duty military, a veteran or a child or spouse of a veteran/military service member.

4. The applicant or the applicant’s parent/spouse must be a member of Veterans in Energy.

5. Applicants should plan to pursue a STEM major with the intention of an energy industry career (other relevant majors will be considered).

6. A GPA of 3.0 or better is required to apply (a transcript must be provided).

7. Scholarships will be awarded without regard to race, sex, creed, national origin or disability.

8. Students must submit an application in its entirety no later than midnight on January 2, 2026.

9. If selected, the recipient grants Veterans in Energy the right to use their name and photo(s).

10. Applicants must provide the following documentation:
