🎃 Join the Monster Mash Fun! 🎃

The PTA is brewing up a spook-tacular night for our students, and we need your help to make it a scream!

We’re looking for volunteers to host and decorate a Trick-or-Treat booth for the evening. Each booth will be part of the students’ trick-or-treat trail, where kids can stop by for candy, smiles, and a little Halloween magic.

What you’ll do:

- Decorate your booth with a festive or spooky theme (get creative—it’s half the fun!).
- Hand out candy to students as they trick-or-treat. All candy provided by the PTA!
- Bring your Halloween spirit to help make the night unforgettable!

Volunteer Guidelines and Rules

Thank you for volunteering for the Meadow Green Elementary Monster Mash!

Below are the rules and guidelines to participate.

• Arrive for set up at Meadow Green Elementary starting after 3:30pm.

• All booths must be decorated by 4:45pm and have an attendant until the event ends at 7:00pm.

• Please keep music and decorations confined to your booth space.

• Participants must sign up via by October 21, 2025 to participate and provide a short description of your booth theme. If your Booth theme is not approved you will be notified by the PTA by immediately.

• All candy will be provided to you by Meadow Green PTA
