  • Neat by Nature Service Agreement

  • This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Neat by Nature (“Provider”) and the undersigned client (“Client”). By booking services and/or signing a proposal, Client agrees to the following terms:

  • Scope of Services

  • The scope, frequency, and pricing of services are outlined in the signed Proposal.
    This Agreement applies to all services provided by Neat by Nature, including Initial Deep Cleans, Recurring Services, Move-In/Move-Out Cleans, and One-Time Maintenance Cleans.

  • PAYMENT

    • A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure appointments for Initial Deep Cleans, Move-In/Move-Out Cleans, and One-Time Maintenance Cleans.
    • Deposits are applied toward the final balance.
    • Remaining balances are due on the day of service.
    • Late payments may incur a $10/day fee.
    • Accepted payments: credit/debit card, PayPal, or QuickBooks invoice.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Walkthroughs: Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelations within 24 hour period may incur a $10 fee.
    • Standard services (Deep Cleans, Recurring, One-Time): Cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
    • Move-In/Move-Out: Cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Client Responsibilities

    • Client must provide safe entry and access to the home, including gate codes, parking, and alarm instructions if applicable.
    • Running water and electricity must be available.
    • Surfaces should be reasonably accessible for cleaning.
    • Pets must be secured during service.
    • Children under 18 should not be left unattended during service.
  • Liability & Damages

    • Neat by Nature is not liable for damage to unstable, improperly installed, or fragile items.
    • Accidental damage caused by negligence may be repaired, replaced, or reimbursed up to $100 or credited toward future service at the Provider’s discretion.
    • Provider is not liable for normal wear, pre-existing conditions, or sentimental/irreplaceable items left unsecured.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee

    • Client must notify Neat by Nature of any concerns within 24 hours of service completion.
    • If a task was missed, Provider will return to correct it at no additional charge.
    • Beyond 24 hours, no guarantee of adjustments.
  • Photos & Marketing (Optional)

    • Provider may take before/after photos for proof of service, training, or marketing.
    • Photos will never include people or personal identifiers.
    • Client may opt out by completing the Photo Authorization Form.
  • Termination of Services

    • Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice.
    • Outstanding balances remain payable immediately.
    • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Governing Law

    • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
    • This Agreement, together with the signed Proposal, represents the entire agreement between the parties.
