Step 1: YOUTH INFORMATION

Complete the YOUTH INFORMATION form once per semester for each child participating in Club KAST.

Step 2: DATE SELECTION

Use this DATE SELECTION form to register youth for each Club KAST session they wish to attend. Dates can easily be added for each participant by completing a new DATE SELECTION form.

This two form system prevents guardians from having to repeatedly enter all their youth's information.

Select the dates for Club KAST sessions your youth would like to attend.

If a date is sold out, please select the WAITLIST for that date. You will be contacted if space becomes available in that session and given the opportunity to register.

Dates can be added at any time by completing the DATE SELECTION form again. 

If you need to cancel a Club KAST session, full refunds will be made up to 2 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 2 days prior to the event will not be refunded. If your child is sick they MUST NOT attend the NDYC. Please help keep kids healthy. 

If for any reason Club KAST cannot take place, registered youth will participate in regular NDYC drop-in programming supervised by NDYC staff.
