1. My gazebo will be secured with weights and/or tent pegs
2. Tables, racks, and displays will be stable and not overloaded.
3. Cords, ropes, and gear will be tidy and not a trip hazard.
4. Any vehicles used for set-up/pack-down to be moved off site before opening.
5. All electrical equipment is tested and tagged.
6. Extension cords will be kept off wet ground and out of walkways.
7. Gas cylinders are to be approved, secure, and used safely.
8. I comply with local council food safety requirements.
9. Food is stored and displayed at safe temperatures.
10. Clear allergen information will be provided.
11. Handwashing or sanitising facilities are available at my stall.
12. Walkways around my stall will be clear for visitors, wheelchairs, and prams.
13. I will monitor weather conditions and secure my stall if it gets windy.
14. I will immediately report hazards, incidents, or near misses to the Market Manager.
15. I understand smoking is not permitted in the market area.
