Vendor Application Form

Thank you for your interest in our Pinoy Market Barangay Tiangge! This event is proudly organized by the non-profit community group Pinoy Festival Alliance, in partnership with Barangay Burnaby.

A. VENDOR CATEGORIES AND FEES

Please note the fees below do not include a table (max 6ft) or chairs.

A limited number of tables and chair are available for an additional fee. Please indicate below if you would like to rent a table and chairs.

1. Artisan Vendors
$50 per day

Artisan vendors are ones who create the items they will be selling - examples include candles, jewellery, ornamental objects, pottery and other handicrafts. This includes vendors selling pre-packaged food items (eg. Baked goods).

2. Retail Vendors
$75 per day

Retail vendors are small businesses who sell items sourced from various suppliers. Items may include clothing, shoes, jewellery, etc.

3. Exhibitors
$200 per day

Exhibitors are direct sales agents and professionals that offer a range of services. Examples may include realtors, immigration consultants, medical clinics and sales agents.

4. Food Vendors

$200 per day

Food Vendors are ones selling hot food items. Please note a Fraser Health permit and a City of Burnaby Business Permit is required to sell food items. Please contact us for more information.

C. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. If providing own table - please note space is allotted for one table (max 6ft).
2. Maintain cleanliness of booth space throughout event
3. Provide own garbage bags and dispose of own compost, recyclables and garbage away from the event

Organizers reserve the right to accept or decline an Application Form for any reason at their discretion.

If I am providing my own table - I understand it must be a standard 6ft table (or smaller) or it will not be permitted.I will be the only vendor or exhibitor at my table.My booth will be set-up and ready to sell or exhibit by the event’s opening.I will stop selling or exhibiting and begin take-down at the assigned time.I will maintain cleanliness of my table at all times.I am responsible for providing my own waste receptacles and for discarding my garbage, compost and recycling away from the tiangge venue.
