Absence & Cancellation Policy

If your child is unable to attend their elementary school due to illness, or needs to be picked up early for health reasons, we kindly ask that you provide a doctor’s note for that day so that 50% of your payment can be reimbursed or put towards a future class date. Without this documentation, we cannot reimburse you.

Payment (Per Day Per Child):

Afterschool program: $50 (PT Conference Days early pick up: $75). Art Class: $25 Your monthly spots will be held only if monthly payment is made. You are requested to kindly pay by the 1st of the respective month. We accept payments via ZELLE to 718-408-0234, VENMO to @Rupsha-Iqbal, or CASH.
