pictures of defective product, and any additional supporting evidence.

Warranty Assessment Guidelines:
The returned items will undergo a thorough review and assessment by the company's authorized personnel to ensure compliance with warranty terms and conditions.
You will receive a response within the company's standard review period, typically within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned items.
If the warranty claim is approved, detailed instructions regarding the next steps will be provided. In the event of a denial, a comprehensive explanation of the reasons will be communicated, along with available options for further discussion or resolution.
