QUEER & TRANS CHOIR NIGHTS — “ONE NIGHT CHOIR”

YOUTH & YOUNG ADULTS — FREE, SPONSORED BY BVU

Broad View United is delighted to share Queer & Trans Choir Nights in our BVU sanctuary this fall, sponsoring Sweet Flag Voice Studio.

Join us for one, two, or all three gatherings: Oct 29, Nov 26, and Dec 10 (7–9 pm).

Each evening includes vocal and heart warm-ups, community building, and learning a new song together. Every night will have a unique theme, and dressing up is always encouraged! To help you prepare, music will be sent out a week beforehand so you can get familiar with the songs.

Our partners and BVU look forward to working toward the dream of a regular queer and trans choir. In the meantime, we hope these one-night choir events offer a joyful way to keep the queer spirit singing. BVU is happy to sponsor 8 free spots each night for Youth and Young Adults. Sessions are led by Em Postl with Anna Bigland-Pritchard, a queer, non-binary voice teacher specializing in welcoming beginners and offering gender-affirming coaching.
