Trial Saddle Return Form

All returns are subject to the trial/returns policy.
All returns must be posted and this form submitted within 7 days of receiving.
( For example : If you received your trial saddle on a Monday, it should be back in the post the following Monday by close of business

If over 7 days has passed, the saddle is no longer able to be returned.

Saddles that are returned after 7 days will be given the option of consignment only.

The tracking number or lodgement number can be found either on your return label or on your lodgement receipt.

When the form is successfully submited you will see a success message and receive an email confirmation (check your junk mail). If you do not see an email, check the email used is correct and try again.

You can track your return parcels progress by checking the Australia Post website & entering your return tracking details. If your parcel shows awaiting collection, no need to advise us, parcels are collected daily.

Refunds are processed within 2 days & may take a few more days to show in your account
