a. You will be required to have an initial assessment with your Personal Trainer, unless an assessment is deemed unnecessary by the Personal Trainer.
b. All appointments must be booked with your Personal Trainer.
c. Suitable workout gear and footwear must be worn.
d. Please inform your Personal Trainer of any medical conditions you have, or any medication you may be taking. If unsure, please ask.
e. You will be required to give one full calendar month's notice of any cancellation or amendments to your payment plan(s) in relation to Estela Llanos Personal Training Ltd.
For example, handing in notice on the 3rd Jan would mean full Jan and Feb payments would be due. In this case, Feb would be the 'full month' in question.
f. The trainer is only required to wait for 15 minutes past the agreed start time. After this the trainer may leave the premises and the client will forfeit the amount for the session. If the client arrives within the 15 minutes, the trainer will only complete the time left of the original session. No extra time will be given.
g. I am entitled to up to six weeks of holiday per calendar year. During my time off, sessions will not take place. However, I will provide you with a clear plan of action (POA) to help you maintain momentum in your health and fitness journey. This will be arranged at least one month in advance before I take leave.
h. If you plan to take a holiday, any sessions you would miss must be rearranged within the same calendar month. Please notify me when you book your holiday so we can make alternative arrangements for your program.
A minimum of one calendar month’s notice is required to ensure we can reschedule appropriately.
Example: If you cannot attend a session scheduled for 17th August due to a holiday, you must notify me by 17th July minimum. The missed session must then be rearranged and completed within August.
