    If you reside outside the EU, you may need an appropriate Visa to enter Malta and undertake your Elective.

    Please visit https://identita.gov.mt/central-visa-unit-main-page/ and follow the instructions to identify whether you require a Visa to study in Malta.

    On obtaining a Visa or vignette, it is to be sent to SSC Malta VSE-Malta@qmul.ac.uk for this to be uploaded to your
    record.

  • Payment Requirements:


    Upon submission of the application form, applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable application fee of €250 through the payment portal to complete their initial application submission - qmulmalta.flywire.com

    Applicants will then receive an email acknowledgement that their application has been received.

  • Declaration:

    I certify that the information given in this application is correct and complete. I understand that failure to complete and submit my application in full will automatically be rejected. I also understand that if no payment is made and/or anyoutstanding documents are not provided, my application will automatically be withdrawn. Should any of the statements prove to be incorrect, the Faculty reserves the right to withdraw any offer made or cancel any subsequent registration.

The Administration Fee must be paid during the application round only. Placement fees are only required if you are made an offer of an Elective Placement.Do not make this payment via any other method or outside of the application round, as this will not be accepted and your application withdrawn.
