Fright Forest at the Fairgrounds 2025 Waiver of Release of Liability

As a prerequisite to participate in the 2025 Fright Forest at the Fairgrounds, the undersigned, as the responsible party to the participant or to one's self, knowingly and voluntarily, assumes any and all risk inherent to the participant in Fright Forest at the Fairgrounds.

Further, the undersigned waives on their behalf, any rights to claims against Fright Forest, Inc., it's officials, sponsors, or volunteers for any reason including but not limited to, loss of life, bodily injury, property damage, and/or loss that may be sustained as a result of participation in Fright Forest at the Fairgrounds.

The undersigned acknowledges receipt of and agrees on their behalf and all participants associated with the teams, to abide by the regulations to participate in Fright Forest at the Fairgrounds.
