Consent & Waiver

I understand that yoga and hiking include physical movement, activity, and exposure to natural outdoor environments. As with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. Outdoor activities also carry inherent risks including, but not limited to: uneven terrain, slips and falls, insects or animals, plants, weather conditions, sun exposure, dehydration, and other environmental factors.

If I experience any pain, discomfort, or feel unsafe during the activity, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor or hike leader. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages or injuries that may occur through participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to participating in yoga or hiking activities offered by Yoga with Tahara in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

I warrant that I have no detrimental medical conditions and that I am physically capable of participating in yoga and hiking. I agree to bring appropriate footwear, clothing, water, and sun protection for outdoor activities.

I also understand that, individually and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, or any other associated party (“Relatives”), I agree to release, acquit, and forever discharge Yoga with Tahara and/or its employees, agents, officers, representatives, related persons or entities, and the owners of any premises or outdoor spaces used, from any and all liability whatsoever resulting from any damages, losses, or injuries (including death) that might arise in any way from my participation.

Personal Property: I understand that all personal property is my responsibility. Yoga with Tahara and others have no liability for loss, theft, or damage.

Photos and Videos: I give permission for Yoga with Tahara to use any photos or videos taken during classes, hikes, or related activities.

By voluntarily and knowingly signing below / electronically agreeing, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this entire release and waiver, understand its terms without reservation, and that my Relatives and I are waiving substantial legal rights.
