LEARNING LIBRARY CONTENT SUBMISSION AND RELEASE FORM NATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE

Submission Guidelines:

• Materials must be educational and relevant to the non-prime auto finance industry.

• Accepted content types include white papers, prerecorded webinars, prerecorded podcasts, videos, presentations, case studies, industry toolkits, and research articles.

• Content should not heavily reference specific products or services, but presenter and company names may be included.

• All intellectual property rights for approved content will be assigned to the NAF Association.

• Resources should address key industry topics and may cover both soft and hard skills.

  • Sample Hard Skills: Technical knowledge, regulatory compliance, financial modeling, industry data, and other specialized expertise.

  • Sample Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, relationship-building, and other interpersonal competencies.

• The committee aims to curate high-quality, actionable content that adds value for members.

Submission Information:

I, the undersigned, own the copyright, without limitation, to certain intellectual property, and I am authorized to grant permission to others the right to publish and distribute those materials. I, therefore, do hereby grant to:

National Automotive Finance (NAF) Association

its successors, and assigns, the absolute right to use, publish, and distribute the following materials, as originally produced, and attached hereto, within the NAF Association's resource library, which is accessed by the public through paid subscription:

I hereby warrant I am the author/owner/publisher of the materials I am providing, and I have obtained all necessary legal rights and permissions to use the materials and convey their use to others. The permission I have assigned to the NAF Association is limited to using the materials as originally produced unless a written agreement is obtained between me and the NAF Association to alter the materials and in which all changes to the original materials will be noted.

I understand that by granting the rights described herein, I am not entitled to any remuneration by the NAF Association, its heirs, or assigns, unless otherwise noted. I hereby warrant that I am of full legal age and have the right to contract in my own name.
