    Please fill out the form to be considered for a vending opportunity at our October 4, 2025 collaboration with the Davis Community Roper Romp. Spots are limited for each category. You will receive an email letting you know your acceptance status and if accepted, payment information will be provided in the email! Payment will be required within 3 days of acceptance due to the large number of applicants. If payment is not received, you will forfeit your reserved spot(s). If you need more time to pay your fee, please reach out! Vendor Fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. *Please DO NOT pay before receiving an Acceptance email - check your SPAM folders!*

  • GUIDELINES

    Your items must be handmade or fall within the crystal/metaphysical category (ie. incense, brooms, spell jars, bone art...etc). No MLMs or boutique items are allowed.

    BAKED GOODS: All baked goods must be pre-packaged and labeled with ingredients, company name & address, allergens and weight per NC regulations.

    This is currently scheduled as an outdoor event. You will be assigned a 10x10 spot.

    Tents are optional. Lighting for your tent is encouraged, but they do have string lights on the perimeter.

    If you choose to use a tent, tent weights on each leg are required for safety reasons. Davis Community requires each weight to be a minimum of 25lbs and cannot be cement blocks.

    You are responsible for bringing your own tables, displays and chairs.

    You must remain set up until 7pm unless told otherwise! If you pack up early, you will not be able to participate in future events.

    In the event of inclement weather, Davis Community may decide to move vendors indoors or postpone/cancel the event. If vendors are moved indoors, we will do our best to provide ample space for your items. If the event is postponed and you cannot make the new date, your fee will be refunded. If the event is cancelled, your fee will be refunded. You may also choose to apply your payment of $30 towards one of our Crafts & Crystals Faires once you have been accepted! More details will be emailed if this situation occurs!

    By submitting this application, you agree to these terms. If you do not adhere to these terms, you will not be invited to future events.

  • I understand that by submitting this event appliction, I am agreeing to the following statements:

    - I am an adult 18 years of age or older and am responsible for anyone accompanying me (ie. spouse, partner, children, helpers...etc.)


    - I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and HOLD HARMLESS the event organizers and its representatives, officers, servants, agents, employees and venue location from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me while participating in this market.

    - I understand that the event organizers and venue owners will not be responsible for any medical costs associated with any injury.


    - I specifically acknowledge that I, the Vendor, am engaging in this service as a vendor, at my own request and risk, and further acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation, benefit or insurance coverage from the event organizers or venue owners, nor will such a claim be made by me or on my behalf.

    - ALL fees paid for this event are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

    - Any disrespect shown by me, or anyone accompanying me, to the event organizers and it's representatives, other fellow vendors, and event attendees could result in my immediate removal from the event and prevent me from participating in future events. In addition, my fee will be forfeited.
