  • -Close the Drive-Thru, Put cones up, Flip the menu board, merge the DT lanes together. 

    -Bring all team members inside, bring all cash equipment inside, double check the cash bag just incase of missing coins.

  • Make sure all orders at the window are finalized, do the end of day waste as well. Insure that all mobile orders are deleted. (Saturday, all salads and gallons must be counted for waste.)
  • Are walkie talkies collected and charged
  • Are all ipads and card readers returned and charged
  • Are all headsets and batteries returned and charged

  • Make sure everyone is staying on task with minimal talking. Assist anyone that needs help with their tasks.

     

    If we are out of specific items, please inform closing manager or message into group me.

     

    Make sure all sinks and drain catchers are cleaned

     

    Discard any dirty towels. If we have clean towels, place them in the sanatizer water.
