PLEASE NOTE The Route for 2025 has CHANGED- NO live Santa on floats - NO Throwing Candy! - NO open flame - NO Sirens during the parade - Lineup is between 5:00p.m. – 6:00p.m at Carthage High School- Be Ready to Move your Float by 6PM -Floats begin moving at 6:30PM - Must have float “completed” before entering lineup area - Only floats allowed in lineup area - All floats must use lights other than vehicle headlights - I have read through and agree to all of the Rules and Condition of Participation attached to this form*

We understand and agree that the Panola County Chamber of Commerce has the right to delete any entry from the parade for any inappropriate display or behavior by any participant and, upon signing, agree to abide by all rules and conditions of participation.*
