    CONTRACT FOR SPRING 2026 EXHIBIT SPACE
  • This application is for exhibit space at the Anchorage Home Show, held at the Alaska Airlines Center in Anchorage, Alaska, on April 11–12. Upon acceptance by management, this document becomes a binding contract between the Anchorage Home Builders Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) and the undersigned representative (hereinafter referred to as the “Exhibitor”). This agreement is based on the terms outlined below, as well as the accompanying rules and regulations, which must be strictly followed by the Exhibitor, their employees, and representatives. The contract is considered binding once the Organizer receives both a signed agreement and full, non-refundable payment.

  • BUSINESS INFORMATION

    At AHBA, it's essential that all members and Home Show vendors are properly licensed. We take pride in ensuring that our registration process includes the provision of licensing details to maintain a high level of professionalism within our organization

    REQUIRED: Two Certificates of Liability Insurance are needed, listing both AHBA and UAA as separate certificate holders. Please contact your insurance company to obtain these certificates. We understand this process can take time, so you may not have them available today. By signing this contract, you agree to provide copies of these certificates within 30 days of signing. It is your responsibility to ensure they are submitted; if they are not received, your booth will be released without notice.

  • The State of Alaska requires the following professions to have a Contractors License: General, Specialty, Electrical and Mechanical Contractors.   • RESERVE YOUR BOOTH

    IMPORTANT: Booth numbers have been revised due to the addition of more booths. Exhibitors are required to review the updated map and submit their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd booth preferences along with their application. Exhibitors must also review the current price list to ensure selections align with their company’s needs. Up to three booth options may be requested; however, final booth placement shall be determined solely by AHBA and will be confirmed on the Exhibitor’s invoice. AHBA reserves the right to assign booth space at its discretion.

  • PAYMENT SECTION

    Once this application is processed, AHBA will email an invoice to the main contact on file- with booth placement and total amount due. Only a 50% deposit is due within 10 days of receiving the invoice. Final payment is due no later than Friday, January 16, 2026.
