Reigning American Miss National Pageant Contestant Registration Form
Thank you for wanting to join the RAMily and #readytoreign! Please only fill out this form AFTER you have reviewed the RAM Handbook & Rules on our website at ReigningAmericanMiss.com. This is the form to register for nationals and have your invoice for payment sent to you. For questions please message (912) 602-8383! **There are NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS for any national payment!** A $100 payment is required to hold your spot, please allow 4-12 hours for an invoice to be sent to you and they will be sent in the order of the submissions to keep it fair being there are only 10 spots in each age group! You will have 24 hours to pay your $100 deposit before your spot is given to someone else. All invoices will be sent through PayPal and can use a debit/credit card with or without an account to pay. After your invoice deposit is paid, you will be emailed a link to the contestant group that we will use to communicate leading up to nationals. Please list your top THREE preferred state/regional titles. Titles will be given at a first come first serve once your $100 deposit fee is paid in a welcome email! If you do not have a preference the top 3 options will be sent to you to choose! Crowns & sashes will be ordered when a minimum of $200 is paid towards the contestants balance, they take 4-6 weeks to arrive. The initial $100 deposit holds the title appointed to you in the order available that you list below!

CONTESTANT WAVIER: By typing your name (parents name if under the age of 18) you agree all national fees are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE! Reigning American Miss, LLC can not held responsible or cannot be held liable for injuries, stolen property, or any unforeseen circumstances while on grounds, at the pageant, or any pageant appearances throughout the year. You agree all photos taken by staff be used for promotion and all judges decisions are final. If you are late to the pageant we will not wait and you will have 1 point off per judge for that event, this is for any required event or optional. If any any point you decide to drop out of competition you are required to contact RAM staff, no fees will be refunded or transferred. A $100 withdrawal fee is due if you drop out of the pageant at any point AND the crown/sash must be returned within 5-7 business days, if it is NOT returned a $200 fee will be billed and you will not be allowed back at RAM events. If you were to win RAM or Sweetheart do not finish your contract, you will be responsible for returning any awards, crowns, or sashes to the national office and can be fined up to $500. You agree to all the rules listed in the handbook and these can be amended at any time by RAM staff. All new National RAM queens must stay Saturday after crowning for the photoshoot and contract signing. You agree to all the rules listed in the handbook.

Fees
You may add optionals anytime up to June 1st. The free optionals for all contestants are listed in the handbook and do not require any payment! A $100 payment is required to hold your spot in the pageant & reserve your title, once $200 towards your balance is paid your sash/crown THEN will be ordered (crown/sashes take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive ONCE ORDERED, NOT from the time of your $100 deposit). The rest can be broken into payments or a special payment plan can be worked out. All fees are due by May 1st but some type of payment must be made EACH MONTH, please reach out to RAM if you need a special payment plan to extend out the payments! Please give 4-12 hours for invoice to be sent to your email, they will be sent in the order the forms are received to allow it to be fair since there are only 10 spots per age group!
