Cheeky Chipmunk

His body shakes with each sound. “Chuck, chuck, chuck.”
Look at his shiny fur. See the stripes down his back.
Watch the chipmunk pack the seeds. One, two, three.
His paws work like little hands. His cheeks grow fat with food!
He looks funny.
Can he still fit down his hole? He tries to go down his hole.
Are his cheeks too fat to fit in the hole? He squeezes left.
He squeezes right. His head is stuck! No, zip, he is gone!
