I want to learn how to qualify for a no-cost energy assessment of my property
I want to learn about the no-cost energy assessment for low and middle income residents for the City of La Crosse program
Can you help us gather 12-months of heat/electric bills for the property? (required for IRA HOMES rebates)
I have received a Focus on Energy "EA" income proof (or "LEA" or "MEA") and they will provide 12-months of bills to you
I can log into my gas/electric utility provider's website and download/print this information for the last 12 months or get the last 12-months of paper bill statements or call the utility's customer service number and ask for this info before you come to our home
I get delivered fuels (propane, fuel oil) and can get recent bills for recent purchases
I don't know how to get this information, can you show me?

Have you lived in the home at least a year? (12-months of bills required)
I have lived here for at least a year (12-months of energy bills will be required to qualify)
I have not lived here for at least a year (INELIGIBLE for federal IRA HOMES rebates until further notice.)
Single Family Home, or Multifamily?
This is a single family home (ELIGIBLE for rebates)
This is a duplex (ELIGIBLE for IRA rebates, currently in initial pilot process, as of 9.5.25 we are not sure when projects themselves can be started, but the assessment can begin)
Are you interested in any additional services beyond the standard assessment?
Moisture meter test (non-damaging) of drywall or wood panels in a basement to identify any concerns [+$25]
Thermal camera images to better see insulation gaps and/or air leaks in walls & other hard to see places. [+$75]
Duct leakage testing to test how and where the furnace/AC ductwork is leaking heated or cooled air where it shouldn't, that can have impact on energy use and comfort of the home, regardless of the HVAC system. PLUS thermal camera PLUS moisture meter test! [+$499]
None of the above, just a standard energy assessment
Has the building already received a "Building EA number" from Focus on Energy confirming it is approved low income?
