  • Welcome!

    PLEASE READ - To be considered for one of four scholarships, you must have graduated from a high school in Shelby County, TN. Additionally, you must be currently enrolled in college or a trade school at the time of application. Preference will be given to students with a combination of both high scholastic achievements and community service/leadership experience.

    Read and follow the instructions carefully prior to submitting your application. All winners will be notified on or before December 15, 2025.

  • In addition to this online application, two letters of recommendation must be received by November 30th, 2025 to be considered. Also, please attach a certified copy of your most recent transcript. This must be an official transcript.

    References will need to email letters of recommendation to ScholarshipsPLO@gmail.com
