Food Vendor Application

If you’re a conscientious food vendor passionate about nourishing others with flavorful, wholesome meals, we’d love to hear from you.

Lightning in a Bottle is a celebration of community and that includes the food we share. Our goal is to provide attendees with menus crafted from high-quality, locally and sustainably sourced ingredients, using organic options whenever possible.

If your cuisine embodies creativity, care, and conscious sourcing, we invite you to apply and share your culinary magic with the LIB family.

We honor and celebrate diversity in all its forms, welcoming people of every race, gender identity, age, ability, experience, and background. LIB thrives through the unique energy, artistry, and stories each person brings to the experience.

We will reach out by March 8th, 2026 to let you know if your business has been accepted. At this time, we will provide all participation details and costs for your review prior to confirming your spot.

If you are a Food Truck or Food Cart, please provide the dimensions (frontage x depth) of your truck/cart (including trailer hitches). Please list FRONTAGE first.

If you are a Booth, please provide your main service tent size. Please list FRONTAGE first. Separate cooking tents are allowed, but must be placed at least 12' from any service tent (including your neighbors'). For this reason, maximum service tent depth is 20'.
