Important Vendors Information
The Hampton County FAIR is a (3) Day event this year. Gate opens at 10 am October 22, 2pm on the 23rd and NOON on October 24th and Closes at 10pm Each Night.

Setup begins 1 HOUR before start time. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who has not paid in full by August 1st, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food, heating equipment, electric and water. Food Vendors please note that the Town of Brunson does impose a 2% Hospitality Tax.
Vendor Space is 20x20
All vendors will have access to the Vendor Reception room in the Floral Hall.

This is 1st come 1st serve. If you loose your spot due to non payment, the next vendor in line will be granted to accept or pass.
Food Trucks will be inside the fenced area. All customers must come into the FAIR by the admissions booth. No exceptions.
