Thank You Joining us at the FAIR!

Important Vendors Information

The Hampton County FAIR is a (3) Day event this year. Gate opens at 10am on October 23, 2pm on the 24th and NOON on October 25 and Closes at 10pm Each Night. Setup begins 1 HOUR before start time. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who has not paid in full by October 10th, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food, heating equipment, electric and water. Food Vendors please note that the Town of Brunson does impose a 2% Hospitality Tax.

All vendors will have access to the Vendor Reception room in the Floral Hall.

This is 1st come 1st serve. If you loose your spot due to non payment, the next vendor in line will be granted to accept or pass.

To obtain a valid Town of Brunson Business License please download the application below and attach once completed. https://www.masc.sc/sites/default/files/uploads/finance/standardized_bl-app.pdf The Standard Base Rate of $40.10 applies if your business is domiciled within the Town Limits of Brunson SC. If your Business is physically located outside of the Town Limits of Brunson S,C then the rate is doubled meaning $80.20. If your Business is domiciled within the Town Limits of Brunson, but your Business will be open to the Public on this day, then you must obtain a Special Event Permit from SCDOR as well. Payment options are below.

This is the old Fairground Pavilion. It is limited space. 1st come 1st serve. This is the divider between the Agriculture and the Carnival and is attached to the Information Booth. Vendors will set up 1 hour before gate opens. Bring a table and backdrop.

FRI 10/24 - OUTDOOR$50.00

This is on the Fairground. Bring a tent and table.

Market on Main- Thursday-OUTDOOR$50.00

Vendors may set up on Railroad Ave and down Main Street anytime from 8am-5pm. You must break down by 5:30pm. Bring a tent and table.

FARM STALLS$50.00

10am-10pm You may set up a stall to Sell or Swap your farm animals or equipment.

Market on Main- Friday-OUTDOOR$50.00

Non Profit Organization$50.00

No Business License Required. Information Only Booth.

Market on Main- Saturday-OUTDOOR$50.00

Bounty Course Race$50.00

Food Trucks may set up at the Terry Wright Park to support the SIDE-BY-SIDE BOUNTY COURSE RACES Noon-6pm

REPRESENTATION$100.00

This is a banner identifying you as a supporter of making memories at the County Fair. You will be named as a partner of the Hampton County FAIR 2025. You will receive a SAVE-THE-DATE reminder for 2026. *This is the best option for those who cannot make it to the event, but want to do some targeted marketing.
