Monie Mone Production will provide the services selected by the client:

Photography (1-hour to full-day sessions) Videography (professional, signature, or elite packages) Video editing (short videos, Reels/TikTok, full edits) Logo animations, intros, outros, and watermarks Full content packages (combination of above services)

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount depends on the package:

The remaining balance is due on or before the delivery of the final products. Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or other agreed methods.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to rescheduled sessions if notice is given at least 48 hours before the session. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur 50% of the total package price. Provider cancellations will result in a full refund of the deposit or a rescheduled date.

Clients receive digital delivery of photos, videos, and animations. Up to 2 revisions are included per service. Additional revisions may incur fees.

Monie Mone Production retains all copyrights. Clients receive a license for personal or commercial use depending on the package purchased. Provider may use work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

Provide project information (locations, scripts, concepts) prior to the session. Obtain necessary permissions for locations, talent, or props. Respond promptly to communication and feedback requests.

7. Digital Signature Agreement

By signing below, the client agrees to all terms, including deposit and payment conditions. I, the client, acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above:
