• Join the team that helps live orchestral music thrive in our area.

  • We are looking for representatives or advocates for every aspect of our greater community to help operate and sustain the Rockland Symphony Orchestra. Being a musician yourself is not a requirement.

If you have interest or experience in things like

    • not-for-profit management,
    • music performance operations,
    • fundraising or promotions,
    • grant application writing or management,
    • finance,
    • community outreach, public relations, or
    • marketing communications,

there may be a place for you on our Board.

We are a small but committed organization. We are workers, not just advisors. Our Board is responsible for many of RSO's operational and administrative duties. Members of our Board are expected to dedicate a few hours each month for a term of at least two years.

Help us bring music to the lives of everyone around Rockland County.

  • Other than to confirm any referral, we will not share the information you submit with anyone outside the Rockland Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors.
