2025 NZCAF Nationals Competition Photography and Videography Booking Form

PRE-BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL - Only pre-ordered performances will be captured.

Pricing (Per Competitor)

Includes all solos and duos in both heats and finals. (Group performances not included)

Photography – $60
Videography – $45
Photography + Videography – $90
Please complete a separate form for each individual and each group/team performance.

Group Performances

Group/Team items can be ordered at the same pricing as one individual competitor but must be submitted using a separate form.

 

Stages

Unfortunately, we are only able to capture performances held in the Elizabeth Reid Gymnasium. We are currently unable to capture performances taking place in the old gymnasium.

 

Delivery of Media

You'll receive an email with a link to your personal online gallery.

Photos: A minimum of 10 high-resolution images per performance
Videos: Professionally edited and uploaded in high quality

All media will be delivered within one month of the competition.

Photographic Waiver and Release

I acknowledge and accept the following with regards to the photos taken at this competition;

Inspired Dance Images is authorized to take photos of the dancer indicated in this form, during the sessions specified above.

If the photographer cannot take photos due to sickness for any/all of the competition a part or full refund will be issued as seen fit by Inspired Dance Images.

No refunds will be available if the session or event is cancelled.

Inspired Dance Images may use these photographs for any lawful purpose, including for example, such purposes as publicity, copyright purposes, advertising, and web content.
